Sales:

All Knives are brand new in the exact condition I receive them from the maker unless otherwise stated. All Knives with the “Add to Cart” button are in stock and ready for immediate purchase.

The following payments are accepted at checkout through the website:

We also accept payments by the following methods: (Email for details)

  • Money Orders/Certified Funds
  • Personal Checks (10 Business Day Clearance)

*Buyers assume all responsibility that they are aware of and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. All duties and taxes that may apply to items shipped out of the USA are the buyers sole responsibility. NO SALES TO MINORS!

Shipping:

The following options are our standard shipping options. Some other shipping options are available upon request, please email for availability and price. Info@edgedspecialties.com **Please note that USPS Priority Mail is not offered for shipping within the USA due to their very poor tracking system, extreme delays in paying claims for lost packages despite high insurance prices & generally poor service.**

  • USA (Continental United States)-UPS Ground/Insured, Fed Ex 2 day air or Fed Ex next day air
  • Alaska & Hawaii- UPS Ground
  • USA (all 50 States)-USPS Express Mail Service/Insured
  • Canada- USPS Express Mail Service/Insured
  • All other countries-USPS Express Mail Service

Returns:

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, send an Email within 48 hours of receiving your product and explain why you are dissatisfied. Edged Specialties will accept any knife/product back that is unsatisfactory to the buyer minus the original shipping charge and a 6% restocking fee, as long as it meets the following criteria*.

  • The knife/product must be return shipped back to Edged Specialties within 4 business days fully insured with delivery or signature confirmation along with a RA (Return Authorization) number provided by Edged Specialties.
  • The knife/product must be in the exact new condition that it was shipped in. When we receive your knife/product back we will perform a full inspection and determine if the knife/product is in returnable and new condition. If the knife/product is in returnable condition, a refund will be issued in the same form that it was paid for minus a 6% restocking fee and the original shipping charge. In the event that the knife/product is not in returnable condition, it will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense.
  • Return shipping costs will be the buyers sole responsibility.

* Edged Specialties reserves the right to refuse any return.

* All international sales are final-No returns are accepted.
