Returns:
In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, send an Email within 48 hours of receiving your product and explain why you are dissatisfied. Edged Specialties will accept any knife/product back that is unsatisfactory to the buyer minus the original shipping charge and a 6% restocking fee, as long as it meets the following criteria*.
- The knife/product must be return shipped back to Edged Specialties within 4 business days fully insured with delivery or signature confirmation along with a RA (Return Authorization) number provided by Edged Specialties.
- The knife/product must be in the exact new condition that it was shipped in. When we receive your knife/product back we will perform a full inspection and determine if the knife/product is in returnable and new condition. If the knife/product is in returnable condition, a refund will be issued in the same form that it was paid for minus a 6% restocking fee and the original shipping charge. In the event that the knife/product is not in returnable condition, it will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense.
- Return shipping costs will be the buyers sole responsibility.
